This movie has no car chases, no explosions or special effects. The entire movie takes place in one room, a jury room where twelve white men(it's set in 1957) must decide the fate of a young man on trial for the murder of his father. Great performances from the entire cast and a thoughtful and compelling script combine to make it not only watchable but gripping. We would all like to see ourselves as the character portrayed by Henry Fonda but most of us are more like some of the other men than we would like to admit. One of the best films you can watch.

One of the most beautiful, touching films I have ever seen. Grab a box of tissues and some popcorn and settle in for a funny, wonderful love story that shows the power of love and the human spirit.You will laugh and you will cry.Your heart will be uplifted.

Fun and funny , this show is as odd as it's lead character and as likeable.

Art is complicated, but art ,whether it's music , a painting or sculpture or a film is also simple. The simple question is,does it move you? The answer here is complicated but finally, yes.

I never like or bother to watch shows like this, But man , I'm all in on this one. Well crafted , written and acted, it'll pull you in from the first scene.

Imagine the courage required to dive bomb into an inferno of anti-aircraft fire and you can begin to realize the debt we owe the men who turned the tide of history in our favor. If you didn't like this movie you are looking too hard for something to criticize.Worth seeing for the special effects alone , the characters were fleshed out as much as possible in a two hour movie.If you want a character study read a novel.
