The content made it quite challenging yo watch this one, but I'm glad I followed through.
Overall, I kind of echo what many other reviews have said: Kim Woo Bin did a fantastic job, so much so that I really wondered how he handled this role amongst his own health challenges. He brought a real rawness and vulnerability to Shin Jun Young - it was actually quite humbling to see a more realistic portrayal (especially by Kdrama standards) of what it would be like to suffer from an incurable disease.
I like Suzy, but she often feels a bit wooden in her acting - I've noticed this in Vagabond as well.
I think she has incredible strengths in certain emotions: she does angry, belligerent and indignant well. She's also a spectacular Cryer. I just think more nuanced emotions are a but challenging in general and I look forward to seeing how she grows into them over time.
Glad I took the time to enter into this world.
Cried. Hard. I really enjoyed it though.
A wonderful job by everyone involved.
