I received the book yesterday but didn't open it until the early hours of this morning. I was really impressed with the tips and explanations and the great idea of naming suppliers. I skimmed through various recipes and loved the simplicity of them even though the end result didn't look simple! I have decided to purchase another two of this book as I think they will really be appreciated by my Son and Daughter. Very easy to follow recipes even for the simplist of cooks. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is a fish and/or a shellfish lover!
