Shallow writing that 95% of the time relies on shock factor and needless vulgarities and sex that I guess someone thought would be "deep". Every scene has swearing in it, and nearly every other scene is perverted, the first having a supposed 12 yr old take off her underwear, one 5 second scene of a high-schooler watching hardcore porn that I guess was absolutely necessary to show full screen, constant infatuations idolising threesomes, polygamy, and open fornication in general, a needlessly long and graphic sex scene with its very own animated massive dick which I guess was more important to have than preserving that poor actresses dignity. Constant cringeworthy mentions and involvements of drugs and social media (I get it guys, this is what you think is cool and edgy). Not to mention the constant pointless gore. I was a big fan of The Boys, which had it's fair share of gore etc. but it wasn't pointless, and wasn't over the top for the sake of being over the top, this however has no compelling story, the characters are shallow, and consists entirely of shallow shock factor, all this does is debase the mind.
