Still waiting for a refund, worst customer service. I have an mother in Brownsville and live in Houston so I need to come and go. And since my husband is ill as well in Houston, he's not able to drive of I was relying on a bus station to that I could take to come and go well I chose Greyhound because a mistake ever you guys have the worst customer service never in your in your in your emails that you say that you had to call Wayne advanced to use a voucher for a trip that I was never able to take because you all had to get a bus station in Houston that said it was open which was not opened so the bottom line people don't take Greyhound if you have difficult times having to travel use the expresso one that expresso bus station in in Brownsville it takes you everywhere and very good customer service and weigh less time I'm so disappointed that we're having to use a Mexican bus station when we have one of the United States that really sucks
