For the first time, I ordered a face mask I saw on this program. Shame on you ABC for putting your audience in a situation where money and time is lost. This lady on this program does not tell the audience that companies may not have a physical address, phone numbers or any live persons that works for them.
Why do you waste people's time. Lost money over a product I purchased which was gone bad due to heat elements during delivery. The company does not answer phones, e mails, no physical address.
It is amazing that ABC network allows this mess
