Having read and enjoyed "The Maid" and "The Mystery Guest", it was great to spend more time with Molly, her friends and family in "The Maid's Secret". A very enjoyable easy read with some great characters and a twisting set of stories. Thank you Nita Prose x

Hmmm, set in Maine, car crash in the snow and a broken ankle..... * SPOILER ALERT* ... the threat of the captor taking a hammer and considering breaking the second leg. From other reviews, I'm clearly not the only person to think there is too strong a feeling of Steven King's "Misery". I usually enjoy Freida McFadden's books but this one was a little disappointing, in the overall plot as well as the 'borrowed' elements of the story.
