Ok the idea behind this movie was ok. But the acting was terrible. The details were poorly fleshed out. You have two la cops with no jurisdiction in new york running free. Detective Sango is getting notified about a bank robbery in ny, is directing police operations and involved in the shooting wth. You've a guy walking into nypd with a mask on. Nypd, the finest police force in the world and they just wave him through. The movie is an insult to movie mmaking. Whoever wrote and directed this should be banned from making any more movies.
