This shows best quality was the humor. It was a genuinely humorous and endearing in that quality for a lot of the show. Unfortunately, as it went on the FML naivety and stupidity became increasingly torturous to watch. They want me to believe that this woman is any kind of doctor when she lacks basic logic and common sense. The writers seem to have gotten lazy and figured the only way to move the story along was to make her increasingly dull and irritating.
