From the very first episode, We Best Love made me feel something I can’t fully put into words — a dreamy calm, a sense of home. The pool scene, the serene music, the overall atmosphere… it was like entering a world that quietly whispered, “You’re safe here.” It was sometime in 2023 (though I sadly don’t remember the exact date 😭) when I first watched We Best Love — and my heart has never been the same since. Every single episode, every minute of this series is precious to me. It’s not just a show — it’s where my journey as a BL watcher began. And what a beautiful beginning it was. Shu Yi and Zhou Shu Zhen didn’t just act — they spoke to my heart. Their small gestures, their growing trust, their raw love… everything about their bond gave me butterflies and comfort I didn’t know I needed. They hit my heart like a love arrow — in the softest, most healing way. Even after finishing it, I’d find myself replaying scenes in my mind — rewinding those moments of love, longing, and quiet understanding. It gave me something to hold onto when life felt too loud. They are — and will always be — my first love in the BL world. 💙 Still holding onto hope (and tears 😁😭) as I wait for Season 3. If I had to sum up We Best Love in three words, it would be: Fabulous.
