This beautifully written, honest and heartfelt book is probably one of the most amazing books I’ve ever read. I read on average 3 to 4 books a week so this is saying something. People know about the Magdelene Laundries, however there are 10s of thousands of Irish women who were the hidden abused and wronged. This disgusting practice is an issue that should be explored by those who have the skills to investigate this. I really hope that Irish journalists take up this book and find these women who have been wronged. Amazing and remarkable woman. Read this book.
