this movie is possibly the WORST Tyler Perry movie I HAVE EVER SEEN!
Plot = 0/10
Music = (if there ever was any throughout the course of this BORING MOVIE) 0/10
Outfits/costume = 2/10
Location/set = 1/10
EVERYTHING LEGIT SUCKED!
First off, the camera angles looked SO AMATEUR that I felt as if I was watching an OWN movie. Camera angles made me feel as if the camera angles in my social studies class back in 2010 WAS BETTER! The dialogue TERRIBLE felt as if I was listening to my drama play of Macbeth, which was FAR BETTER! The soundtrack of “A Quiet Place” was as better than the dialogue BY A DAY STRETCH! The plot felt SO RUSHED! Some scenes of the movie legit had NO STRUCTURE! There was legit no reason why the husband should’ve divorced, no LEGIT REASON! Where was the background music, NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! There was more car scenes in the casts’ vehicles than in more of the locations WHICH SEEMED ENTIRELY FAKE, as if they didn’t at least try to be authentic to the name! The costumes in some scenes didn’t make sense, WHY IS SHE WEARING CLOTHING FIT FOR CLUBBING TO A SIGNING OF DIVORCE PAPERS! I didn’t know why the parents, who were suppose to be uplifting, were using disrespectful slang where hope was meant to be inspired! Their little “pep talk” after the initial breakup felt as pathetic as the American society system! Next thing, can you tell me why Marcus was ALWAYS DRUNK WITH THE AUDIENCE NEVER SEEING HIM IN ANOTHER STATE! And when we saw Marcus in the shop why didn’t anyone stop him! Next thing, there were no extras to fill the spaces and most of the entire sets were filled with reused extras! I felt like I was living in the Truman Show with the unauthentic sets! Time, literally doesn’t exist with the fact that all of a sudden Meagan Good talking to her “new” man at the back of the ute; and I don’t know how she took THREE SIPS! THREE SIPS of whiskey and she’s already under the influence! THE PACE OF THIS MOVIE FELT MORE FASTER THAN SONIC BOOM! CHEESY PANINIS WERE LESS CHEEZIER THAN THIS MOVIE which DOESNT DESERVE TO BE CALLED A MOVIE! This “thing” has no structure and felt NOTHING LIKE TYLER PERRY!
PATHETIC, UTTERLY PATHETIC!
I EXPECTED MORE TYLER, I EXPECTED MORE!!
