Danielle Veilleux

Dreadful movie, based on misogynistic values of an alpha male needing his fragile masculinity stroked at every opportunity, and a so-called strong older female actually being 'wise' enough to need this man in her life, after a grand realisation that she had dismissed him as a distracion -obviously crushing his bruised ego once again. His initial girlfriend -young, beautiful and whimsical has her first break as a writer and her boyfriend can't celebrate her happiness for a minute. She was fully justified in exploring other options -just as he was doing too! And yet she is villified for doing so, and we don't see her retrun to the story. Ugh -I have lost hours of my life on this useless film that propogates so many terrible one-sided standards about relationships.
