Firstly, I find that the presenter Matt makes too many embarrassing and "dumb" comments. I would suggest that he watches the UK shows where the presenter has a more professional style. Making obvious comments becomes annoying after a while. Maybe this is the fault of the producers and not Matt. Secondly, the programme does not show the entire house. It only gives a curtousary glance at the houses. I'm starting to feel that it is too superficial. Thirdly, the selection of houses shown many times don't conform.to the purchaser's wishes. E.g. in one program they wanted a 4 bedroom house. However 2 of the house were 3 bedroom and below their budget. Today, the purchaser's had a M2.4 budget. The first 2 houses were M1.6 and M1.5 respectively. Then the last one was M1.7. Can't believe Greytown doesn't have houses in their price range. Obviously the researchers didn't get the right instructions. Please be more professional about this, then we may continue to watch this show.

Poorly written. I find it all too simplistic and rather boring. A missed opportunity
