Everyone I know was saying great things about this show. The contrarian in me couldn’t think of a more boring theme than an orphan who plays chess. Ugh. But OMG, it is SO good. I am hooked and lament that I started watching in the evening so I could only squeeze in two episodes before bed. Incredibly well-played - suspenseful at times, poignant at others. Love it so much!
