San Shahi

I'm in awe of this series. The depiction of society in England is what appealed to me of all things. I was glued to the series since episode 1 and I have also considered reading the books as I have been interested in other characters as well which has not been the subject of the first season. This is not some typical teenage romance, mind you I loathe such themes. This is rather a beautiful depiction of romance and gives insight into the aristocratic society and the race to associate one's family which those of a higher social stature. To some extent, the series also attempts to portray the limitations of women in that period, that again could be a great theme in itself. If you are trying to skip this series thinking it's just another romance tale with a pinch of sexism, I tell you don't. There is more to it than meets the eye.

Liked the movie. As a North Easterner who has lived in Delhi, I can relate to everything that has been portrayed. A strong message has been conspicuously conveyed here about the hurdles a North Easterner faces in Delhi on language, attires, cuisines, looks to name a few. Also, couldn't help but say that Nepalis are a considerable demographic in Northeast and yet in the movie time and again stress has made upon the fact that Nepalis dwelling in Northeast are not 'proper Northeastern'. This argument has itself dawned upon my mind numerous times and yet, I think I will never content myself with a justifiable point. I commend the cast and crew for their lovely work. I have already started recommending this movie to my friends who are oblivious to it. Worth watching.

This is the first Korean drama I've seen in a while now. I absolutely loved it! I wouldn't say I have not seen such similar plots in other shows, but, this one is different and that's what makes it special. After binging for 2 days, I'm here to do justice by dropping 5 worthy stars. Also, looks like it got me back on Korean drama.

Seriously, what a ridiculous movie. Vague plot, no sense, far fetched, pathetic acting and a monstrous disgrace to science fiction. Never have I regretted wasting my time like I did on this movie. PLEASE DON'T WATCH!

A city never before conquered by any army finally falls to a Sultan whose sheer will and tactics was something even the mighty walls of Constantinople couldn't stand against. Absolutely loved it! I have seen a lot of historical series over the years. And, this one made it to my list of top 10.

I loved this show. Learnt a lot about Jesus. I don't know why they chose to cancel the show. I would have given both my time and money to watch another season.
