I love the show..I love the humility and balance that Pastor Bakker shows..I love the books that they offer, very informative, powerful and at the most fairest price ever! They do not operate in the spirit of greed. I have one grievance And this is not in no way intended to detour anyone for purchasing books from this ministry please continue to support this ministry. But I have to be honest, I'm furious that for the second time I've ordered books I'm having to wait And there is no one to answer the bookstore. Was told cust svc was only 4 hrs a day Mon-Fri...no one ever answers the phone. You're in a timely instructed to leave a msg And email. I've received zero replies. I ordered over a month ago..this is unacceptable. I even asked to speak with a mgr was told the mgr couldn't help! Wow, like really! I understand that there are staffing issues, but books shouldn't be offered If they can't be delivered in a timely fashion
