As a fan of the classic boots-on-the-ground Call of Duty experience, I found Call of Duty: WWII to be a satisfying return to form. The campaign offered a compelling storyline and enjoyable gameplay, although at times it did seem to borrow a bit from Battlefield. However, where the game truly shines is in its online multiplayer mode. The maps are well-designed, the hit markers are satisfying, and the controls are smooth. My only gripe would be the slightly confusing menu for the online multiplayer, but once you get past that, the experience is top-notch. Overall, Call of Duty: WWII on the PlayStation platform delivers a solid and enjoyable gaming experience for fans of realistic, action-packed shooters.
