I think human rights and securities are the most important things at workplace even though they are supposed to make profits as much as they can. the company, GM, however, probably does not think so. I am literally shocked that I easily could see the work environment is not that safe for the workers, such as not wearing clothe stuffs that can protect them from the glass which is easy to break, and so on. And just because of the profits, the chairman decided to fire American workers, which is sort of discrimination. But I want to try to understand the perspective of the boss, like what makes GM developed, and can he do that with protecting the human rights?
