The Vince Staples Show is a fusion between "Atlanta" and "Curb your Enthusiasm". It took the musical artist 7 years to create this project. Most of the characters in this series are negative stereotypes. From bitter moms to greedy clout chasers, this show is not afraid to remind members of the black community about their flaws. It didn't make me laugh, but I understood the social commentary. I'm actually surprised that Netflix renewed it for a second season. Hopefully, the project will get better in the near future.

"Deadpool & Wolverine" doesn't have the best narrative, but the fight choreography makes up for it. This new entry in the "X-Men" film series is not afraid to address the pros and cons within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Hugh Jackman's triumphant return as Logan was well-deserved. It's nice to know that Ryan Reynolds was able to heal old wounds from his past. If you're a true believer, enjoy the film. If you're not, don't ruin the experience.

Science Saru did a good job of animating the "Scott Pilgrim" universe. I'm glad the actors and actresses reprised their roles from the live-action movie. Unfortunately, the Japanese anime has its fair share of flaws. The jokes felt outdated, Scott is absent throughout the entire show, and the last episode ends on a bittersweet cliffhanger. It's not superior to the comics, but it puts the characters in the right direction. For better or worse.

"Everything Sucks" is the type of show you'd watch alone after having a bad date. It's a good thing this comedy-drama series got cancelled, because the show's cinematography was inconsistent. The main characters were also unlikeable. Most of them didn't receive proper character arcs. If you're a hopeless romantic or a member of the LBGT community, don't watch this show. Its final episode ends on a bad cliffhanger.

X-Men '97 is a worthy addition to Disney's Marvel Collection. The show's marketing team deserves a raise for outstanding work. Its animation is amazing and fluid. You can tell that the writers grew up playing the "Marvel vs. Capcom" games during their teen years. Even though the episode list was out of order, the show's social commentary aged well by today's standards. Nostalgia done right!

Modern-day adult cartoons are trying too hard to be funny. Daily Wire's "Mr. Birchum" is the perfect example to support my comment. This show's trailer was painful to watch. And I'm not surprised that the actual episodes are boring, too. I've heard better jokes from Japanese cartoons. If you're going to use the terms "woke" and "autistic" as insults, don't expect to receive a positive reception from your viewers. Adam Carolla needs to improve his emotional intelligence.

The final season of Sex Education had a villain problem. The antagonists were all over the place. Also, it was hard for me to support Eric's religious beliefs, because I thought the magic realism was farfetched. Offensive, actually. The British comedy didn't age well, Otis lose control of his own character, and certain members of the LGBTQ community were misguided. I give the show points for teaching me the benefits of empathy, but it's hard to stay positive in a world that doesn't value wisdom.

I regret watching the reboot. My admiration for this cartoon died a long time ago. Penny Proud & her group of "friends" are not positive representations of femininity. They don't learn from their mistakes. I hope Disney cancels this reboot in the near future, because it did more harm than good. Its depiction of the black community wasn't great, either. Why is this cartoon teaching black women to be heartless and greedy? That's not good. Not good at all. I'd rather watch Kim Possible.

"Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" is a visually stunning superhero movie. All of the actors and actresses involved in this project did a great job voicing their characters. You have to be a classic Marvel fan to appreciate the jokes and references. However, it's not better than the prequel. The film's politics and soundtrack were problematic. I had to analyze the social commentary from a different perspective. If I was Charles Xavier, I would enroll Gwen Stacy into my school for gifted youngsters. That's how concerned I was. Miles Morales is worthy of the name, "Spider-Man". He's more than just a black teenager.
