Now that we are in quarantine (as of May 2020) I've been trying out and going back to games I haven't finished. And Assassins Creed Unity was one I didn't finish. I got it back after all the bugs where patched out so I had no idea how big of a negative response it had from reviews. But as a 9 or 10 year old playing it, I enjoyed it so much. I never got around to playing the whole entire story. I played a few missions and after a while I uninstalled it. Then I reinstalled it a finished the story after a while. And Oh Boy did it not disappoint! In my opinion this was the last original AC game. The rest are now RPGS but I'm trying out Odyssey right now and I'm kinda of liking it. Though I cant say the same about Orgins. I also really want to try Syndicate because it looks alot like Unity. But as of reviews go, give it another chance! The fights near the end of the game maybe to easy but the gameplay and story is worth it! I also find myself saying alot while playing Odyssey is "This is a poor excuse of a Assassins Creed game. Also I find the actor/actress in ACO terrible I believe Arno is way better than there acting combined.
Though I will say I'm very interested by Assassins Creed Valhalla and I think this will finally have Templars but idk. I also need to say Helix Rift missions are absolutely brilliant in this game I mean the building of the Eiffel Tower and a WW2 Parris! And a medieval one aswell! I think that Ubisoft has some good ideas on there hands though dont make it a RPG that in my opinion is the downfall of AC just look back on Syndicate and Unity
