The first Matrix movies were groundbreaking pieces of art in the movie industry. This was just a movie. It has its moments but mostly feels flat and just resurrecting a franchise for the sake of resurrecting it. It's not a horrible movie by today's standards but if you thought you were going to be blown away by special effects or memorable actions scenes, then you are definitely going to be dissapointed.
