The positive reviews of this book leave me utterly bewildered. I would go as far as to say it's possibly the worst book I've ever read. It is a very simplistic, basic read. It has a very boring boring boring plot (if you can even be bothered to persevere with it). The writing style is unsophisticated and lacks style......I could go on, but honestly, I've wasted enough of my time reading this tosh without spending even time more reviewing it. Honestly, don't bother!

Attended this performance in Nottingham with 3 others of varying ages. This was not for any of us. I can't fault the quality of the staging and the precise timing (very necessary). Just that not one of us thought it funny. Think 'farce' and you get the idea. For me it was 2 hours of boredom. Just not my humour (Peter Kay, Victoria Wood - and this play could not be more different). Honestly, I laughed once, very briefly. Very disappointing.
