The movie was good, not what I expected, not what I thought it was going to be, but it was good and funny.
I don't think Jonah Hill and Lauren London had much chemistry as lovers so their love wasn't as believable in my opinion. I think a lot of stuff was exaggerated and doesn't depict real life like the barbershop scene when the black guys ask Jonah to take off his red hoodie, the bachelorette scene where the girls asked "who's that white lady?", no one is asking that, at least not out loud and then the ending was unrealistic as well. Also, I don't think there was enough age gap for both white and black parents to play Jonah and Lauren parents, in my opinion.
With all that being said, I still think it was a descent film and the family scenes are hilarious, I certainly laughed.
