The customer service is horrible. So apparently the website is down because people are buying tickets for Black Panther 2. The website will allow you to will allow you to purchase the your ticket then give you an error. The funds will come out of you account. But you really haven't purchased the ticket. CS will not give you a credit for inconvenience towards your next ticket. All they will tell you is unfortunately there's nothing we can do. The alleged Supervisor will tell you the same thing. There's no reason for me to be a customer. There's nothing keeping me.
