See "Dopesick" on Hulu instead of wasting time on " Painkiller". Having been a sales rep for diagnostic drugs in the 80s, I can say that "Dopesick" was incredibly realistic in how reps looked and acted ( women wore suits, not skimpy dresses with heels they couldn' t walk in, like in Painkiller's male fantasy.
