The dialogue is superb, as are the sets and costumes. Jean Simmons steals every scene she’s in and Cary Grant plays his character to perfection, he’s not really acting. He is, of course, fabulously elegant. The conversation between Grant and Simmons in the restaurant is some of the best, philosophically, in any movie ever! Deborah Kerr is her lovely and refined self.
