Wow - that was a cinematic experience. What an incredible talent in Dev Patel. I watch everything he acts in when I come across it but knowing he directed and wrote this story is amazing. There are elements of surrealism, john wick style revenge but with more heart, and incredible visual direction and story metaphors. The story message is realistic and spiritual at the same time - like life in today’s society

Great anime adaptation of the LOTR world, awesome storyline, characters and middle earth style battle scenes. Loved the look into Rohan history and shield-maidens. Definitely feels like a spiritual succession of the LOTR films

(My previous 5 star review has disappeared for some reason, along with several others…) This reminds me of a 21st century Metropolis from the creative mind of Jennifer Lopez and her personal story. This new category of media that Jennifer Lopez has created is a huge achievement. Creative, artistic, original, full of talent, emotional, surreal. The dance choreography and acting performance, especially during the numbers like Broken Like Me and Rebound, is Oscar-worthy. I was in awe the entire time watching the film; in awe of Jennifer Lopez’s talent and also the emotional narrative journey of the film. My husband and I cried, laughed, hugged, were heart-warmed. It’s such a unique experience, I definitely recommend you watch it with an open mind. Beautiful message to the story about Love.

This film is a timely indictment of the toxic masculinity that rules Hollywood and media. Oja Kador is brilliant and the final scene where she deflates a giant phallus is the perfect exclamation point to the abstract message of the film beforehand.

Great adaptation of the best-selling novel with riveting performances from the cast. Ahead of its time in revealing the epidemic of rape and what women go through in the military. Mystery and thriller plot keep you engaged.

Action + great characters + funny dialogue. Definitely go see in theaters. Kristen Stewart plays such an entertaining character in this! Elizabeth Banks did an awesome job directing. Definitely my favorite of the Charlie's Angels franchise movies. Great date night movie!
