As someone who’s put tens of thousands of hours into video games, this is easily one of the most poorly made games I’ve ever played. the utterly horrible blocking mechanics, of watching some of the best linemen get blown by some of the worst defensive tackles like it’s nothing. Top wide receivers running the wrong route then dropping open balls. Players time traveling 10 yards to break up a pass or pick it off for that matter. The face of franchise mode is a complete JOKE. The offensive line that you get gives you between .5 and 1 second of time before 1-3 defensive linemen of T-Bagging your head already. I watched my linemen not even get out of his stance 3 plays in a row! Like my dead grandmother can program better than this EA. Poor mechanics, even worse programming, I’ve seen call of duty have a better representation of NFL football than this. Don’t waste your money on this game if you even halfway enjoy playing madden somehow. And coming from someone who has played and coached at high levels, the play calling and the way that coverages and blitz packages isn’t even close to how it actually works. Like you’re not even in the same vicinity with that one. You guys tried to do a “shot in the dark” and just short yourself in the head.
