William Fichtner is an amazing actor, however I would’ve liked to see his character (Mike) take on a more sadistic route when dealing with his conflict. Overall I enjoyed the movie but it left me feeling like there should’ve been something more. But I genuinely fell in love with his character and the softness about him. It’s definitely a “good guy turns white knight” kind of movie :)

This movie manifests a forbidden fantasy that most (or at least some) people have. To fall in love with someone unpredictably and randomly. Beautiful.

This was a really weird movie but I mean we get Tom Hiddleston guys so I mean it’s worth the watch I guess

I actually thoroughly enjoyed watching this film. There’s something refreshing and gritty about a female heroine who fights to survive~ and this is that movie. It has jumpscares (so beware) and is chilling to the bone. I was on the edge of my seat within just 5 minutes of watching. A suspension horror movie! Reminds me of The Haunting of Hill House with its pale, almost cold atmosphere. I love horror movies in which the very “aesthetic” of the film is moody…really helps bring you into the world of the movie. 10/10

Vince Vaughn is just…one of the funniest and honestly enjoyable actors on screen in my opinion. So with that, his presence and humor bring such a “light” to this movie even though he technically plays a cold, calculated murderer. I did however find the movie to be a bit…trying very hard to relate to Gen Z~ with the type of humor it was bringing, etc. I wouldn’t necessarily even deem this a “horror” movie at all. More funny than scary. But I still enjoyed it.

I wanted to like it so much. Especially as a fan of the The CW show “Nikita” and “Priest” both of which star the beautiful Maggie Q. But this movie was incredibly confusing to follow and rather cliché. This movie didn’t FEEL new, it didn’t feel unique.

I just finished watching three seasons of the show and it isn’t my favorite. I initially watched it for Hugh Dancy (who I adore as an actor) and I applaud the amount of time and energy put into such a huge project. Would love to see Season 4 really knock it out of the park!
