Valerie is superb, her recipes are delish ! My only gripe is : She should Stop using plastic bags to mix her olive oil and seasonings !! Please use a bowl and rubber spatulas. Our landfills do not need MORE plastic . Young cooks are also copy cooks and will mimic her every move. Us older 'seasoned' women will definitely use a bowl and rubber spatula.
