Just read the review by viewer Tina Moore and was glad to see I'm not the only one who was appalled by last night's episode. I have watched and loved the show from the first episode, but last night I nearly choked. Specifically it was when when Rome told his adoptive son - on his way to a protest, -"Remember there is a cop there just wanting to kill you"! Seriously?! There is no doubt that - like all professions - the police have a few bad apples. They are the rare exception - not the rule. What Rome said was they are all racist and want to kill black people. Do these writers actually know any cops? Do they remember 9/11? Who was it that ran into the burning towers as they were collapsing to rescue the people burning alive and carry them out? Was it TV show writers? Was it actors? Producers? Teachers? Clergy? NO. It was policemen and firemen. These men and women are heroes. Every day they put their lives on the line for people they do not even know. And this is the thanks they get from ignorant TV show writers? Get your heads out of your liberal assess. You should be ashamed. Get back to good story telling and stop pushing your (false) political dogma.
