Very cute RPG that I bought for $10. Personally, I really dig the artwork and the story so far! Beautiful art with vibrant colors and I adore the occasional soft piano music. It's no RDR2, Fallout, or Persona5, but it's fun. Yes, you do repeat moves such as "Attack, Skills, etc." - this is to be expected and might bore some. Length: 20-30hrs ~ + side missions. (8GB 1 player) Just sit back and have fun with this little game. :)

Someone before mentioned the graphics are that of early PS2 quality - this is true. It seems like a SIMS game, as it is clunky and not fluid. For me, took too long to get interested in. There is a lot to it as in characteristics, ability points, etc. and even though I usually enjoy that, this is just too much and unappealing (to me). For a 2022 game, it leaves A LOT to be desired and I will be returning it for something else. What a shame.

Mmm. This is a personal review and don't believe everyone will have the same outlook as I do, but I could not wait for this game to end. I was bored. Perpetually. Bored. It does have an OK story and depth of the characters, but for me, it was not my cup of tea. Give it a try, don't let my review be that much of an influence because it wasn't bad, but to me, it was not THAT good. Got it on PSN for less than $5, which is the exact amount I would pay for this game, not $20+ .

You know, I thought this game was pretty dang good. Yes, it's short; but what it does is keep you guessing. As a disclaimer: if you're triggered by things such as pedophila, murder, suicide, etc. I would avoid this game as it is not for you. It seems like a "jumpscare" type, but I promise there are none (in case that's a deal breaker for you). Though, it may not be a jumpscare type of game it definitely leaves you on the edge of your seat holding your breath at times.. just waiting for something to happen. Side note: If you like mobile games, might I also recommend 'Duskwood', but I digress. I got this game on the PSS for less than $5 as a spontaneous buy and even though I enjoyed the game and completed it all in one go, I would not say it was worth the original $20. Definitely $5 at most. For $20 I want a game that lasts more than 20+ hours. Overall- personally, it is a great game that left me thinking about it for the next couple of days. I'll probably play it again in the future. Buy it now while it's on a discounted price. Spoiler alert: The connection you develop with the character on the phone was a really nice touch.

So. A lot to unpack with this one. (Read other 1 star reviews to get a better sense of the game) I am one of those who likes to platinum their games, and this one is just tedious and annoying that I gave up. You can't platinum it during the first run, nor the second, or even the third. The game takes about 12 hours to complete - 4 times (God forbid 5+ times playing through) at 12+ hours each.. yeah no. Not spending 40+ hours to play the same thing over and over and over again, and if I have to listen to the same lines one more time - I'm gonna lose it. Some paths in the game can only get you certain things, which makes you have to play the whole game again to get other collectibles. Nothing carries over. The majority of the game are cut scenes with decisions and QTE's here and there. Personally, I thought the QTE's were lame and not challenging. You don't even get to use all the buttons. Not to mention there are no manual saves or multiple save slots. Meaning juuuust in case you messed something up and need to go back.. nope, you need to start the game ALL OVER. All you needed was that one last clue, evidence, or tarot card and if you "beefed it" - you, are, screwed; especially if you're all the way in Chapter 10. Until Dawn was a masterpiece compared to this one. I'm glad I only paid $20 and not full price. 2 stars because the first play through was pretty fun at a decent price. Anything after that is just sucks.
