I found it to move at a snails pace. Many of the scenes seemed overly hyped and melodramatic . The idea behind it has potential, but, unfortunately, the execution was not what the plot required.

An engrossing Icelandic thriller with a mystical landscape and Chekov like characters. Personal relationships dominate along with a complex storyline. The psychological layers are first-rate. If you're already hooked on Scandinavian noir you should add this to your queue. T Hall
