This steaming excrement of an adaptation is so loose as to be classed as rusty water. The whole premise of the discworld universe has been swept aside, the fantastically flawed characters that populate Pratchetts books are honed to a sharpness, and so full of humanity's greatest and vilest traits that they don't need tweaking. The strong female characters that are the true heroes have gone, to be replaced with truly sociopathic ones that have no empathy with the storyline. This feels as if the production team from the current DrWho have been given a computer generated precis of half a dozen Pratchetts and then told to come up with a socially acceptable and completely woke version. The story is awful, the interaction between all of the characters is vacuous, and lets face it the cinematography and design were appalling. Could have been so good.... Even the old Sam Vines inside a bottle would have recognised this as a crime. Shame on you BBC....
