I love the Netflix series, so wanted to sink my teeth into this book. The low review doesn’t come from the writing skill, but Anthony’s character in this book. It’s understandable that his character here is different than in the series, but I had to stop reading it in chapter 7 because of the way Anthony treated Kate - it was almost rapish, if I should go that far, and I have a very difficult time getting into a book featuring writing like that. I do not recommend reading this book.
