This film took me by surprise. The Billy the kid story has been unearthed and they really do not know yet if he escaped pat garrett. The film is comparable in my opinion to the y forgiven by Eastwood. It really feels like the worst criminals slow up to the wrong persons door Billy the kid until he ends up shooting them all dead in this epic film. I’m a western buff snd am shocked at the lack of accolades for the film. My top westerns: 1) old Henry 2) wyatt Earp, 3) tombstone) 4) wild bill 4) 5) Jesse James I’d place other movies from Tarantino in top westerns like Django and hateful eight. The thing that makes Billy the best is his story and youth and vengeance tour against bad guys that hit his mentor. It’s an epic film. I hope it gets watched more.
