Three stars only because Joaquin Phoenix is still an incredible actor and Lady Gaga is a talented singer and a great actress in her own right...BUT this was a huge letdown!! I thought I was watching another version of Sweeney Todd! What a disappointment!

Look, I'm all about supporting my peeps, but good Lord Almighty this movie was garbage! I bet the people that gave good reviews were all Filipino!

Balinska as a "trying too hard to be a bad ass"...FAIL! Scott as a "scared, helpless, naive geek"...FAIL! K. Stewart was a refreshing, convincing, comic relief character. Banks and P. Stewart, tenured actors who always deserve praise. Best part of the movie?....the CAMEOS!
