His craftsmanship of storytelling through his own deep wounds and personal journey to find healing and wholeness in the context of growing up with a rare craniofacial disorder as a child, and planting a fledgling faith community in Brooklyn, NY, is arresting, deeply transport, and heartbreakingly beautiful.
