It could be good but honestly it feels completely unrelated to Scooby-Doo. None of the characters act the same besides Velma, and even then Velma is a jerk to Norville. Fred is rude to everyone which has never been the case, and the norville just wants Velma's attention. This show feels like it was pitched as something different, but it got turned down and so they said "what if we made it Scooby-Doo" and everyone lost their minds.
