Did the show authors even read the books? I love the books. I really wanted to love this show. Why did they create content material that is never written in any of the books? The books offer so many great storylines and plot twists that the writers simply did not need to create new material to make it a great show. I'm disappointed that they skipped over SO much and so far have left out characters whom in my opinion were vital to the story. The books are amazing and if you somehow like the show, definitely read the books! You will fall in love with the books and really get a true feel for the characters and who they are. Update post season finale: What part of the story will they ruin next? I was so excited to see The Wheel of Time story made into a t.v series, not this abomination.
