This review comes late. I would honestly give more stars. There is not a movie of Kate Winslet's that is not above excellent. This role is so very real, down to earth, true, and she is naturally natural and it is so pleasing, so very pleasing and great to watch her, and her every move. Movies such as "The Reader" and "The Mountain Between Us" are just a few films that I thought were just captivating. I really, really hope for more seasons of "Mare of Easttown". A more than outstanding direction and creation from all who created this series.
