Really wanted to like this book because it's been a dream of mine to visit all the national parks.
I got even more excited when I read she had been practicing Buddhism. I thought this was going to be something much like my own dream journey.
But I found myself saddened by the repetition of her inability to appreciate all the amazing and beautiful places before her, and too focused on her failing relationship.
I read the whole book because I was hopeful that she'd salvage what could have been an incredible opportunity.
Now I wish I'd spent my time elsewhere.
I hope she finds someone to share her experience because clearly she cannot enjoy being alone.
Present moment, only moment.
Best of luck to you Emily.
