The reason why I’m watching this movie so many years later is because I see that a new movie came out. I can’t watch the new one if I have not watched the first. I just want to say that this was one of, if not, the worst horror movie I’ve ever watched. The characters have no survival skills whatsoever. When the movie ended, my boyfriend and I looked at each other and said, “that was it?” It seems like every horror movie ends the same - one of the main characters are actually alive in the end. The “strangers” never mentioned why they are torturing the couple, other than “you were home.” Just extremely predictable. A couple jump scares here and there, but overall this movie was entirely boring and that was an hour and a half I’ll never get back in my life.
