Extremely sickly, pest ridden plants. Not cheap either. $32 for a pot of peperomia. When I first walked in I thought I was looking at the clearance "rescue" plants which were destined for the bin. Nope. That's the stock. "we just got those in recently) :O They have a "deal" where if you spend $100 you get a "free plant" which is from a shelf of dying plants. If you don't spend $100 the half dead plants are full price. Rotting and infested with pests. Customer service is snarky and condescending when I emailed with my disappointment. Store is not huge and amazing like they make out in the ads. It's small and extremely underwhelming. Very limited selection. Staff were not helpful. I asked where I could find some of the plants I'd seen on the website as they were nowhere to be found. "oh we don't stock those". Righto. First and only visit ever. Never again. I'm actually baffled. When I left I said to myself "what just happened??? I'm so confused."
