Very rushed, no real character building, lots of plot holes trying to be filled. Needs to be separated from the original. It’s more of an attempt to copy the original with many scenes trying to gain the essence of the original but in my opinion really fails. Rushed to try and make some money off of the good fan equity built from the original.

Very rushed, no real character/story building, a lot of special effects forced in needlessly. Bit of an embarrassment to the Viking Genre, especially after watching great series like “the Vikings” and “Last kingdom”, I went in with high expectations and very early on thought it was a comedy and I made a mistake. But at the end of the day it is just my personal experience and many others may enjoy it, which I hope some people do.
