It's too all over the place. It throws in some interesting new concepts but it is just trying too hard to veer away from the original Matrix trilogies. Also it's just trying to do way too much
The absence of Fishburne and Weaving is very, very prominent throughout the movie and their re-casts just don't live up to the role.
