Right from the start this movie was very predictable, not to mention cliche. It seemed at times the script writers got lazy and simply inserted "come on, hurry up" repeatedly until I was ready to throw something at the screen.
But not only is the screenplay a dismal failure, but the acting was so embarrassingly poor I actually felt bad for the audience having to endure ninety minutes of stale cliches. And the editing, well let's just say it must have been performed by drunken primates.
The movie comes complete with a failed romance that you just know is going to be rekindled - but only after her friend gets snapped in half and dies in a bulkhead door thus eliminating any possibility of her being a romantic rivalry.
The only mildly creative twist in this movie comes when, rather than the Titanic II hiting the iceberg, the iceberg hits the Titanic caused by a killer tsunami.
It is ninety minutes you'll never get back.
