They just moved me on June 5th 2021 they were absolutely horrible I should have been first on the list because I booked this on May 3rd but come to find out I was the third move and they were just dead tired when they got to me they was putting my stuff anywhere they wanted it to go not where I wanted it to go I had my boxes marked and they were throwing everything in my living room they tore my brand new bed frame on my sons bed it was only 6 months old they were throwing everything into my living room versus putting it where he needed to go their customer service sucks and I will never ever recommend this company to anyone they need to refund me my money who moves you and thenleave some of your stuff in your apartment and so me and my brother had to finish moving the rest of my belongings this was the worst experience of my life and I paid $990.67 when I could have got people off the street and they would have did a better job. I thought this was going to be a professional move but I was so disappointed I just cried on Sunday they mixed up my son's box spring with my box spring and they completely broke his bed frame but didn't tell me and I thought they had put the bed frame back on it was just sitting up against the wall they hadn't did anything right I have my boxes Mark where I wanted them to go they wouldn't even looking at the boxes.
