(No Spoilers) Dragon Ball Z Kai is a great show. Here’s why 8.5/10 1. First I’d like to mention that I watched the original DBZ so I’ll be doing a sort of comparison. 2. The characters and humor are right up their with the original Dragon Ball. It’s that classic Akira humor. It’s not what I would call totally kid friendly though. 3. The animation is certainly better than the original, but they didn’t change much. They made it clearer and higher res. Some of the voice actors have been altered around. For better or worse is up to opinion but o personally don’t mind. 4. And now for the most important part of this series. It trims ALOT of fat on the fat pig known as the filler. Dragon Ball Z has A TON of filler. But DBZ kai eliminates it, you get the most important parts of the tale all in one package. Doesn’t have the unnecessary events that mean nothing towards plot. It got dreadfully boring after a while all because the creators wanted a higher episode quota. 5. Anyways, definitely watch DBZ kai if your looking to get into DBZ.

(No Spoilers) Dragon Ball Super is great. Here’s why. 8.5/10 1. Love the characters, the humor is wonderful as well (though I wouldn’t recommend this to kids under 10). It has a couple inconsistencies, which I personally have no problem with. But you would only be aware of these if you’ve seen the Dragon Ball Z. 2. The animation quality is MUCH better than DBZ for obvious reasons but it really does make a difference. Some people may argue that subtracts the style of Dragon Ball, but I disagree. I think this is exactly Dragon ball needed. 3. Lastly, you might hear mixed or negative reviews frequently for this, which is totally fine. People can have their own opinions, with that being said I believe the people leaving negative reviews are people who are deeply attached to DBZ and we’re already satisfied with the conclusion. How ever, another reason may be that it might’ve been repetitive for them. But I assure you that if you take your time, this is an amazing show. I hope they continue this.
